Easy exercise to warm-up and work on balance.

- Start exercise in a standing position: arms sides, feet together, core engaged, and chest up.
- Find balance on one leg and drive one knee up to 90 degrees.
- Return to start position in a controlled movement for one rep.
- Perform with other exercises as a dynamic warm-up before a cardio workout.
- Add to a balance functional training routine.
- Use as a modified exercise for low impact HIIT.
- Seated Knee Drive (Beginner)
- Standing Knee Drive (Intermediate)
- Step Up Knee Drive (Advanced)
